One of the blessings of living in Minnesota during winter is the time to read, write and work. Fewer distractinons allows for more focus and greater productivity. The cold can get to me, but the home fires are burning with a new texts to explore. #doublelike

August 2012:
Back to school. And this term, I'm juggling my fulltime gig at Northwestern with one class of printmaking at Augsburg College as an adjunct. Its a great challenge and a good reminder of how good I've got it. Here's to "busy" as the new currency! #giterdun

Working with the polymathic Micah Taylor and too many cameras, I'm assembling that portfolio of performances at Allelu Farms. My only complaint: the heat. #micahtaylor

Summer 2012:
In fullfillment of the Minnesota State Arts Board Art Initiative Grant I received, I'm installing a new set of projects on an organic dairy farm in southern Minnesota. Complimenting that work, I'm finishing three portfolios: one of broadsides, one of photo documentation from performances and one suite of audio pieces that will be available in the fall (as a double vinyl album). Horray!
